We have built two service support groups of experienced specialists to handle software and hardware issues for our clients. This allows us to provide more specialized solutions and eliminates any guesswork on our client’s part. When a call is received, the request is analyzed and routed to the proper department to provide the resolution that best serves the client’s interest.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT TEAM. Our software support contracts guarantee a response within two hours of the initial call during regular business hours. Once a call is received, a case is summarized and posted in our Precision Response and Operations Program (PROP). A case number is assigned and given to the client for their reference and the case is released to our support center queue for resolution. Once the case is retrieved by a support specialist, they are able to review the problem and generally have a solution, by utilizing their own experience as well as an interactive knowledge base, before a return call is made to the client. Our support specialists are also able to log directly into a client’s system to assist in the problem’s resolution with the client observing every step taken in the process. With this access, files can be accessed, updated and corrected and training can be done to show a client a more effective way to perform a particular function.

HARDWARE. With over 50 years of technical experience, Valli’s hardware service division has been awarded a Novell Gold Reseller authorization, a Microsoft Solution Provider authorization and an A+ Authorized Service Organization rating from the Computing Technology Industry Association. Valli is also recognized as an authorized warranty repair dealer for HP, IBM and Lenovo.

SERVICE PLANS. We offer a full range of service options. Valli is well known for its time and materials service, where you are billed only for the time spent working on your equipment. However, Valli also offers contracts that encompass software updates and preventive maintenance, which include checking for potential problems created by viruses and spyware.
