Pat Azbill joined Valli in February of '04 to replace the accountant who had suddenly passed away at year end. The position was for “part time”, but she has not worked less than a 40 hour week since. After pulling together the year-end accounting and working to improve the paper flow, she was able to work with the development team to add “Payment Solutions” to the BDS package of services.
Currently she is working in marketing and customer services for all of the new products and looks forward to working with you to put together the package of services that works best for your business.
Pat was born in California, but originally moved to Idaho in 1969 to raise her children in a better place. Moved to Nevada in 1979 but came back “Home” in 1989 when her husband said that he “wanted to be outstanding in his field” so they brought a small farm outside of Caldwell raising a great crop of grandkids. |

Steve joined Valli in April of '05. He received his training in Computer Science from BSU, and began his vast programming experience at Micron Technology. After 6 years at Micron, Steve was then part of the .com boom which moved him and his family to Calgery, Alberta, Canada. After a year he was able to move back to Boise and work from home. Always looking for the opportunity to work closer to home, in Caldwell, Valli Information Systems offered him that chance. He found a great work environment and was given the chance to team up with the best group of people he has ever worked with.
Steve currently lives in Caldwell with his wife and four daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his girls sing, and play music, soccer, volleyball and softball.
Steve's goal is to create new and exciting tools for web and GUI application users to apply in all aspects of their lives and businesses. He looks forward to helping you create the business you've always wanted. |

Amber joined the Valli team in Deceber of '07 taking on the marketing and design needs of Valli and it's customers. Born and raised in California, Amber has called Idaho her home for the past 14 years. She lives in Nampa with her son and dog.
Amber received her Bachelors in Graphic Design from Northwest Nazarene University, and has been honing her skills in the design arena for over 10 years. Her experience is vast and diverse, and her specialties lie in print collateral, advertising, corporate identity, and web design.
Amber greatly looks forward to meeting you! Her goal is to create and maintain advertising, print collateral, and web presence that build your business.

Michelle joined the Valli team as an Administrative Assistant in September of ’08. She has over 15yrs combined experience in accounting, customer service, sales, purchasing and inventory. To say the least she is a very versatile employee and a great addition to the Valli family.
Since being at Valli Michelle has helped redesign databases and restructure billing procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency. She is now a part of our marketing and customer service team working under the direction of Pat Azbill. Being a “people person” she has transitioned into this position well and is happy to be a part of the Valli Sales Team.
Michelle was born and raised here in the great state of Idaho and is raising her three children in the same town she and her husband grew up in. If you are in need of assistance she is here to help. |

We have built two independent support groups that allow us to be fully accountable to our clients. Your staff will not get stuck with the software people saying, “it’s a hardware problem” and the hardware people saying “it’s a software problem”.

Valli is dedicated to providing a quality level of support at an equitable price to all our customers after the sale. Our software support contracts guarantee a response within two hours of the initial call. However, our average response over the last seven years has been within thirty-five minutes of the initial call!
Once a client calls our office, the receptionist enters a brief summary of the problem into our Precision Response and Operations Program (PROP) system. PROP assigns a case number to the call, which is relayed to the caller for quick reference or follow up inquiry. Once the case has been entered into the system, it is automatically released into the support department queue. The first available software support specialist captures the case and reviews the initial problem summary entered by our receptionist. The PROP system has an interactive knowledge base that provides the specialist with resolution options to historical problems of the same nature.
Quite often, the specialist can tell what the proper resolution is before even calling the customer back. However, they can access a series of modems to connect to the customers system for on-line resolution if needed. We can even take control of their screen to show them how to perform a particular function within DataPulse or show them another way that may be more effective for them. Once connected, we can send or receive files between the two computers to expedite the problem diagnostic period or update your system. |

The hardware services division has been awarded a Novell Gold Reseller authorization, a Microsoft Solution Provider authorization, and an A+ Authorized Service Organization rating from the Computing Technology Industry Association. |

From time & materials, where you are billed only for the time spent working on your equipment, to a complete replacement contract where VIS covers all cost for any failure. Your representative will review the hardware service options and pricing after finalizing the hardware configuration. |
