That is, we are responsible for the statement layout, receiving statement data, creating the new statement then folding and mailing those documents complete with a return windowed #9 envelope to your customers. Since 2005, Valli Information Systems has been an authorized Business Partner of Medinotes Corporation, a national leader in the EMR industry. 
A 2-way interface has been developed between DataPulse CS (PMS) and Medinotes (EMR) which makes the two systems function much like an integrated suite.  Patient Demographics and Appointments are transferred in real-time from DataPulse CS to Medinotes and Charges created in Medinotes are then transferred back to DataPulse CS.  This has proven to be a very successful relationship.  For a demonstration, please contact:
